Fountain Lighting Codes

I have been brought into a commercial project by some other professionals and I need to do a little research on fountain lighting. I do not have a copy of the 2005 NEC. Can a transformer be mounted 10 feet from the fountain on a GFI circuit, Counduit ran from transformer under the concrete into the fountain into a brass/bronze box with connections inside and then out to the underwater cored fixtures?

From what I read in the 2002 NEC, I don't have the 2005. The install needs: Transformer mounted a min of ten feet from the fountain, listed fountain fixtures with grates to cover the glass, and sufficent wire to relamp outside the fountain. Any other items?
