With so many LV transformaers on the market, I'm trying to decide
which to use. Is anyone familiar with the Unique Multi tap? Does anyone have a preferred transformer?

The Unique multi-tap does not comply with UL1838. The Unique unit was developed by Nate Mullen who has written two books about low voltage landscape lighting. Are these transformers you speak of UL 1838 certified?
And what qualifications are required to qualify for 1838?
