Ok, This is a design element that I always struggle with. Large lawn with large shade trees in front of the home, Home will be illuminated also, but my question pretains to the lawn trees. If you want to say something about the house still feel free to do so. Pics are from the street and from the front door looking back at the street. Client's previous home was an 200 fixture install, but the trees were in large beds and they where to the left and right of the home. I tell you about the past because they loved their large trees in their previous home, but it was a much different layout. Any questions? I will mail the check out on Monday to my favorite design$$

I too have not been able to upload images since April 2006. In fact the last image uploads posted are dated 03.31.06 and, coincidently, were yours.
This problem will fixed in the next 90 days. Extraordinary expenses related to the site such as converting to a new hosting service and upgrading the vBulletin software to version 3.6.4 emptied the fund I set aside for site expenses.
Once funds can be assigned to site repairs and maintenance I will have the technical services company I've been using address the upload problem.
In the interim you could send me jpeg images to my email address. It sounds to me like you need subsurface light sources that can be mown over. As is usual any advice or information I provide is done at no charge.
Others seeking the design prize could use the same file exchange method.

I think the original version of Design #2 is the best.
