I have a customer who wants Post mount low voltage lights to stand at least 6 feet off the ground. I have found a couple of options from Kichler in the mission style but not many options for posts. I do not want wood. Any help?

A standard postlight post i.e. the kind most associated with line voltage fixtures masquerading as "Colonial", "Mission Style", "French Provincial", etc. ad nauseum are 4" round and match the fitter on the light base. Everyone has this standard post in their catalog so there are a number of sources. Of course your choice is limited to plain, textured or fluted posts and they are all the same size.
You could probably find the parts (a 4" 3-hole round outside light box) and adapt the box to the post using the 1/2" NPT threaded holes to mount almost any low voltage fixtures to the top of the post. Ugly though.
If there was a useful and practical means of elevating light sources in an aestheticly pleasing manner some outfit would surely make it but no one does.
Maybe you could convince your client to accept an alternative solution to putting the beam(s) of light where they would be effective. I cannot actually envision a decent looking mount within your parameters so perhaps I have not understood your question.

You understood it and I agree with the "ugly" part. I cant seem to convince them that something lower would really look the best.
I recieved a couple of the Kichler 15075CO 4" post cap fixtures the other day that I am going to use on my deck and am very happy with it. I will install it soon, though I don't know when I'll be able to fit it into my schedule. It uses a 3156 lamp and is very glare friendly.
Unique Lighting now offers the Endeavour, an area light that sits on a 5 foot tall post. The light source would be a perfect height to blind you and ruin any effect you may have created elsewhere.
